In conformance with theatre rules, alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras, recording devices, clothing not being worn and bags or containers of any kind, may be excluded from the premises. Ticket holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and effects to ensure compliance with the foregoing.

All persons, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket in order to gain admission to a performance. Children are welcome to sit in their parent’s laps but must hold a valid ticket and an assigned seat. Children under the age of five will not be admitted to the theatre.

Ticketholders are required to conduct themselves in a considerate manner that enables the enjoyment of other customers. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the theatre and/or ask those behaving in an objectionable manner disturbing to others to leave the theatre. No refunds will be provided to those contravening our standards of conduct.

Due to the nature of live performance, all artists and programs are subject to change. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that you will be satisfied with a performance or that it will be free of technical difficulties. Dancap does not guarantee specific cast members for any given performance. Refunds will not be granted for alternate cast members or any technical malfunctions in a physical production.

Ticket holders are responsible for their transportation to and from the theatre. Dancap will not reimburse ticket holders for parking tickets, or traffic violations to, from or while at the theatre.

Please be advised that the content of a particular show may not be suitable for all audiences. Ticket holders are responsible for educating themselves about the content of Dancap’s productions and presentations. We note the subjective nature of such appraisals and accordingly advise you that no refunds will be issued due to show content.
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance and in some instances may be refused admission.

You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the performance. You agree that the performance for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. By entering the theatre, you grant to Dancap a fully paid perpetual license to use of your image and voice if you are included in any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken or made at a performance.

By entering the theatre, you voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury arising from or in any way related to a performance, whether arising before, after or during the show and release Dancap from all liability with respect to the event. You acknowledge all risks incidental to any theatrical performance or event for which your ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the performance and agree to assume all such risks.

Certain items may not be brought into the theatre. These include alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, guns, cameras and other recording devices. In order to ensure that these items are not carried into the theatre, Dancap reserves the right to search your belongings upon entry to the theatre. You consent to such search and understand and agree that you may be denied entry without refund if you refuse same.

Dancap reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management of the theatre deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Dancap’s or the theatre’s rules. Breach of terms or Dancap’s theatre rules will terminate your license to attend the performance without refund.

Secondary Ticket Market/Ticket Brokers/Scalpers

"Scalpers" and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of Dancap Productions. If you purchase from a non-authorized person, you risk purchasing a lost or stolen ticket that is not valid for admittance into the event in question.  Dancap Productions employs scanning technology for admittance to events.  Only valid tickets will scan to authorize entry into the theatre for the event.  Scalped, lost or stolen tickets may be deactivated and thus will not be valid for entry into the theatre for the event in question.  When you purchase through a scalper, broker, secondary market seller, or any other unauthorized person or organization, you can not be assured that your seats will be correct, exchangeable or purchased at face value.

Please bookmark our website at www.dancaptickets.com. There are a lot of websites out there that look similar to the Dancap Productions' website but are actually ticket brokers. We urge everyone to purchase tickets for Dancap Productions' shows through Dancap Productions' CAP Centre (416-644-3665 or 1-866-950-7469 and www.dancaptickets.com), Ticketmaster (1-855-985-2787), or in person at the box office of the applicable theatre; these are the ONLY ongoing authorized ticketing agents for Dancap Productions.

Currently we have also temporarily authorized TCU Place in Saskatoon to sell tickets to Jersey Boys at TCU Place (306-975-7777  and www.tcuplace.com).

Occasionally Dancap Productions arranges to allow Fundraisers, Tour Operators and/or Corporate Concierges to sell Dancap Productions tickets.  If you have any questions or concerns about the person or organization you are considering purchasing your tickets from, please contact Dancap Productions' CAP Centre (416-644-3665 and info@dancaptickets.com).  Anyone who purchases tickets from any unauthorized source does so at his or her own risk.
