The Dancap CAP Centre team is available and ready to handle all types and sizes of group requests. Our goal is to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience beginning to end from discussing group pricing and payment options, to enjoying the very best Broadway shows right here in Toronto.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
All group tickets booked through the CAP Centre require a 20% deposit to be paid within 4 weeks of the booking date. Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the performance date. Any orders booked within 30 days prior to the performance date must be paid in full at time of booking. Orders of 100 or more tickets must pay a 20% deposit at time of booking. Payment terms may vary.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Company Cheque, Money Order, Certified Cheque and Cash. Tickets will be delivered upon receipt of payment. A 10-day business hold is required for all non-certified cheque payments. All cheques must be issued in Canadian Funds.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES/FEES?
Service charges, delivery fees, and taxes are all included in the group rates.
There is a $25.00 (CDN) charge for NSF cheques.
